how will you use your new knife

i planning on getting a cultellus(hopefully), and am debating on how i should use it so i figured i would ask what you fine folks' were going to do with your ganzaa purchases. its almost too pretty to use but if we based them on looks alone we couldnt use any of jerry's knives!
