How would I go about carving shapes into a buck Knife blade

Hey everybody, This is my first post and I don't even know if it's in the right category. But I wanted to start making knives and the one Idea I had was a weird and probably a bad one but here it is.

It's a full tang knive blade with the handle cut inside the blade. How can I cut the blade?

The only power tools I have are a grinder, and a craftsman drill.

Any ideas?

I am not sure i understand what you want to do but if the blade is hardened, you will have a tough time with it. I would not recomend it without the supervision of someone that knows for sure what they are doing. The scars on my hands bear testiment to what happens when you try to figure it out on your own. :mad:
