How would I snaz up G-10? Got a project idea.

I'm getting the spyderco respect and it has big black g-10 scales that are rather plain. I would like to know how I would make them glossy, like a glass look that's on another knife. I will give you two pictures here. I am asking if there is a resin or a polish that could make g-10 like the other? Is there a paint? I already have a buffing system for mirror polish, you think that might work?
