How Would One Add a Profile Picture?

I've been looking around in the "your profile page" tab, as well as preferences and I can't seem to find a button that allows me to add a profile picture. Help would be very appreciate

If you did, it's no longer active. Or it hasn't taken effect if it's newly purchased.

You need t the least a GOLD membership to post an avatar. See the PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS link in the top bar this page.

Basic members get an avatar as well. Doesn't need Gold.

Then you need to get @Spark involved because you're still showing as a registered, not basic.

With the old format it was the issue of waiting till the paid upgrade showed up in a few days then finding the user group tab yourself and applying it to your account.
It wasn't automatic then but with the new forum I'm not sure.
