Howard Hitchmoth

Quite some time ago, a user here (Beaver) posted about a knife he(she) called a "Howard Hitchmoth". I came across the post quite by accident. Can someone give me any information about such a beast?

I've tried PM to beaver, but am rather impatiently curious.
