Hey guys! I'm a newbie and wanted to introduce myself to this wonderful forum. As many of you, I also have a knife fetish. I currently live in Tanzania, Africa with my family. Have lived in Africa the past few years and love it. Get to hunt a little bit and head to the bush as much as possible. I have really enjoyed reading the many, many posts and various topics. Thanks!

This is interesting, do you have electrical power in your home? And you may get a laugh but are there elephants in your area?

Thanks guys, it's great to be here. Klute- I actually live in a very large city of 6+ million people of Dar es Salaam. I have electricity a lot of the time but we also have a generator for when we dont. Last Christmas we were without power for over 2 weeks! No elephants in the city but you dont have to go far to find them. They are actually very destructive animals as they easily uproot large trees to forage around the roots and then eat the leaves they couldn't get to.
