How's that SWITCH in the Centofante work?

Greetings from Colorado,
I am assuming you are wondering about the model 25 and 50 which has the secure lock mechinism on the handle that the user can engage after the blade is in the locked position. It is degigned to double lock the blade so it will not be disengaged until you slide the secure lock mech. back. Does that make sense to you?

To add a little more detail, the Secure Lock works by inserting a steel pin between the tang (which has a slot in it) and the stop pin. Personally, I think the liner lock on the C25 (and presumably the C50, although I don't own one and can't check) is as good as any you'll find and doesn't need the secondary lock. I've had mine for two years and it's as solid as the day it arrived.
