How's this for a home page??

Now that I'm switching to EarthLink, I found they have a pretty good web page builder program and I started building myself a site. Just got the home page started so far and thought I'd see what you guys had to say about it.
I've still got some text, links, and pix to add.

Since this appears to be a request for feedback on a picture, I have to say though eye-catching, the whole image appears fuzzy and were I you, I'd definitely want the name stamp on the blade to be legible.
Post when more is completed! Good luck!! :-)

The shark is swimming so FAST that the shutter on the camera just couldn't possibly catch a sharp image.....plus the guy taking the photo was probably looking for the exit sign over his shoulder :D :D :D
Seriously, I agree, the logo should be clear. Overall, good stuff. Keep it going.
 
This is something I wrote in another topic.
My offer stands for anyone.
I'm going to make a couple concepts and templates tonight to show what I can do.

"Well, I'm completely new with blades but I've been doing web design as a hobby for quite some time.
I specialize in band sites and art portfolios.
I can't cover the hosting but I could design a really nice and pretty site for little money or like old tools or anything.
I'm really just trying to make some friends that have experiance so I can learn.

So yeah, If you need a site done or even any advice go ahead and contact me.
Even if you don't want to spare any money, advice and or tools/materials would do as well.

I removed the blurry logo from the pic on my pc but the smallest available font is still way too large to look decent so I think I'll just leave it blank. It looks much better than with the blurry logo. The pic is blown up so much I'm surprised any of it is clear enough to see.

Earthlink makes it pretty simple.
I was going to use different font types and colors but then I kinda liked the plain white lettering against the black background. It's easy to read and that's the whole point.
I've always liked that picture and thought it would be a good attention grabber for a home page.
