HQ / Plant FOR SALE!!??

Oh NO! I was by Spyderco HQ / factoryhere in Golden today and there are "For Sale" signs out!!!
What's the scoop, Sal? Joyce?

Hopefully a bigger, busier building in GOLDEN!?! And including the long awaited SPYDIE MUSEUM!!!

I was on the phone to one of the sales guys there today. He said the sign wasn't for their property...dunno what it was for. He didn't have any plans to move...

Joyce kindly responded that the Spyderco building has some unused space that is for lease. No disaster. I haven't been out of the house for a few months and was upset to see the sign.
