For a 23dps edge angle this is very sharp.

Are you sure that's 23 DPS? That is a very wide edge bevel for that geometry at the edge, just trying to sort out if those came extremely thick behind the edge (more so than TGULB, etc) or maybe you've misjudged the angles.

They came extremely thick. But I will double check it.
