I live in Canada, and as most people know it can and is difficult to get specific supplies and tooling. I have everything I need to make a heat treating oven, I just need the element. I ordered one from Amazon and it came just as the seller said with one exception... its 220V. Do any of you have a place that you know of that sells heating elements that can go up to 2000 degrees, that's under $100? If so, if you could leave me a link to the website that would be amazing. I have been brought to a halt for about 4 months with this project because of this issue.

there is nothing wrong with 220V heating element, but everything elss i ordered is set for 110V

The element is not 110 or 200 specific. The length and resistance can be altered to suit your kiln.

Just wind your own element from kanthal. Maybe 20 bucks worth of kanthal (for a very beefy element), a couple of wood offcuts and a hand drill to make a winding jig. The same hand drill to power the winding mechanism. Use a 4 foot or so length of 1/4" steel rod for a mandrell. Takes about 15-20 minutes, to include making the jig.

I'm surprised you aren't using the incredible Canadian resource we have. PSH.ca was incredible and fast.
The oven will only be about 14" long, 5" tall and 5" wide inside the chamber
