Looks like I'll be offering three versions of my relish this year.:confused: :confused: I went to buy some thyme and rosemary today and the Dudes had Caribbean Red Seedlings.:thumbup: :thumbup:
I'll be making smoked Reds and Habenaros, also regular Habenaros.:cool: :thumbup:
Here are the names on my spreadsheet so far.:eek:

OK, for someone who likes two or three jalapenos with my fried chicken, put me down for one each of the smoked reds and habaneros.
 
I've been sittin' on the sidelines too long and seeing everybody rave about this stuff... And rant about what it does to you... :eek:

I feel like one of the volunteers in "The 13th Warrior". :D

I'm with Ron -- one each Smoked Red and Habanero. Gonna be a hot time around the casa this year!!

IG, are you sure it's legal to send HT relish over to Canada?!? Might be some EPA regulations about international hazardous materials shipping... :D
 
Come on now you should know I'll want a gallon or two.You do plan on quarts this year right?:)
