I'm considering getting an HTM 48968 and want to disassemble it for inspection/cleaning, but am wondering what kind of bits would be needed to remove the pivot/other screws.

The frame screws appear to be Torx. Just buy a set (T6-T15) and see which bits fit which screws. The pivot is a proprietary design that will require a special tool (unless there's a Torx on the other side under the clip or something, idk). You may be able to use an Enlan 3 pin pivot tool on it, but I can't guarantee it. I'd contact DDR and see if they can advise you.

I contacted HTM/DDR, and they did confirm it could be taken apart (but would void any warranty)... they also confirmed the pivot screw was a #15 Torx. Will post pics once I get it and disassemble it assuming it's still available from where I was looking.

I've got some little plier looking tools that work well on pivots like that. Internal clamp somethings. I think I got them at harbor freight.
