If you could only have one, which would it be and why?

I'd really like to hear from people who have both

I'mma get exactly ONE knife for my B-day (end of July) and these two have caught my eye.

I'm thinking about the Torpedo Gunhammer, but i'm hoping that their custom shop can do one in m390 if i decide to go that way

There's no guarantee that Mr.Zermeno is even going to agree to make me the knife I want from him, but perhaps he'll take pitty on me ;)

Both these knives are simply awesome, so please tell me what you think

You could always bombard him with cash, that usually works.

I've handled a couple custom GunHammers, and they are amazing knives. I have a HTM GH and it's awesome.

well, the design that i want is one of his more expensive designs. I've sent him an email asking for a price on what i want but i haven't heard back since he asked me what i was looking for

The knife I would like is a brushed finished Azrael with a skeletonized flipper, the dark damascus bolster with anodized titanium screws and thumbstud, and either a titanium or a damascus pocket clip.

Based on his past pricing, i'd expect it to be between 350 and 425... assuming that he is willing to make it for me.

Kinda like this, but with titanium pins and pivot

Blade show is around the corner, every knifemaker and production company has their focus on that. Why would you want Ti as a pivot?

i like the way it looks. The blue titanium pins that he uses look very nice when contrasted against the damascus

In no way am I upset that he hasn't replied. I know he's almost certainly swamped with Blade prep, and either way, I'm not the impatient type until it comes to waiting for UPS to show up.

Zermeno and Ralph both make knives that i really like. I like the design on the WDZ knife better, but i'm also a fan of the assisted opener on the DDR

Bear in mind that Ti is going to be much softer than the blade steel and will wear out fairly quickly unless some sort of bushing system is used. Perhaps a Ti screw to tighten the pivot would be a better alternative?

Beautiful knife though.
