When ever I go to google.com in the google "chrome" browser, I keep getting pulled to the http://searchignited.com web-site.

Malwarebytes keeps reporting it is blocking this site with a raw IP Address. AVG anti-virus doesn't report any issues. Does anyone know what this is and how to get rid of it?

have you tried Spybot Search And Destroy? that might get it. I know that there is a configuration file somewhere that will allow a browser re-direct to be set up, and anti-virus software won't detect that, but I don't remember off the top of my head where to find it.
 
Make sure your home page has not been changed to this site - providing you are getting the redirect as a result of opening a new tab.
 
I have gone through my settings and verified no web search engines were added or modifications were made to my search settings.

This appears to be specific to the "omnibox" in Google Chrome and does not occur with Internet Explorer or from Chrome and the google website.
