7" with special sheath. I thought the copper rivets give it more of an "authentic look". It`s also glued.

WOW. I really like that.
I couldn't agree more on the rivits. They just look "right".
 
I love the rivets. They definitely add to the authentic look. Great stuff!

The 5" HB looks pretty cool, too. It reminds me of a combination of the Hudson Bay and Nessmuk designs.

I think the 7" looks more true to an origional but I do like how the 6" looks !!!!

6" blade of 3/16" O1, 11" overall, 2" tall at it`s widest point, with walnut handles. It even has some light marks from the forge left on.
 
I like them all, but the top one the best. And I am a bigger fan of your bushcraft sheath style! I have been using mine daily and love its rugged simplicity.
