Hudson Valley Knife Shops

Hey, everyone. I'm relatively new to the Hudson Valley (West Point) and am wondering if anyone could direct me to some decent knife shops in the area. South of Albany would be great. Thanks!

I've lived in Greene County/Hunter area seasonally since 1962 and also covered all NYS when working is speciaty food sales and have never come across a

dedicated knife shop.I believe there is one in the Port Jervis area but not sure.Used to be plenty of outfitters shops with knife counters. Basically for me it's all

done on the net, forums and occasionally Campmor,Ramsey Sporting Goods,Dicks,Paragon in NYC.
