I want to start out by thanking ann at Ek she has been very helpful and nice in dealing with a usps mixup with my commander that was sent in for spa service.She has been very prompt with calling me back and responding to emails.It really means alot to know that EK customer service really cares about there customers even though they cant control what happens while in transit.I was really worried that my knife could be be lost in limbo she assured me that if that was the case that they would send me a new commander totally is awesone.She called me today and said my knife had arrived to them today and they will send it back to me asap tomorrow.I just want to give credit where credit is due thank you ann and emerson knives for great customer service.
 
I've only had one experience with EKI customer service. I needed my mini 7 refitted with a new liner. I sent it in, and it came back better than new. Emails were answered quickly and I was very pleased with the knife, turn around time was super reasonable too (2 weeks).
 
Thats good to hear. I hate being without my knife. I cant even bring myself to part with them just to get them pimped.
 
EKI customer service is second to none. The Emerson family is polite, professional and prompt. In short, everything I can ask for in a company, or a person for that matter.
