Huge thank you to Hinderer customer service!

Just wanted to say how wonderful my experience with hinderer's customer service was. I recently purchased a Titanium Investigator pen and found a couple issues with it. They tried sending me parts to replace on the pen, but there were some issues with that as well. I was prompted to send the pen to them and they would figure it all out. To my surprise I received a package with a BRAND NEW investigator pen. I was simply expecting new parts, but a new pen was incredible. Thank you guys for so great!
 
They always ship quick too. Patience in a virtue I've never had much use for. It's just procrastination without the anxiety.

I managed to lose the cap adapter and clip on my Extreme Duty (it came loose and just fell off while I was walking, luckily I didn't lose the whole pen) and Rob over at Hinderer offered to sell me the replacement parts, which I wasn't entirely expecting since it was my fault for losing them in the first place! Plus I sent the payment this morning and they're shipping the same day, that's some expedient service!
 
I'd just like to second this sentiment and say that the crew at RHK always make it good and do so in record time to boot! I sent a knife in to them last week and have it back today...Seven days total turnaround time, including the weekend! Thank you Rob, Rick, Kim and anyone else who may have helped me out this time or in the past. You guys rock!
Best customer service in the industry IMNSHO.
