Has anyone an experience with the Hultafors knives ?
I've ordered two - a carbon and a stainless steel one.
I've readen good things about them, and they're not expensive - they've costed me around 15 $ each one. They'll come here in ten ays or so...Can't wait to get my hands on them :)

These are the knives :

The bottom ones are the Hultafos'.
The orange hanlded one is made from carbon steel and the blue hanled one is from stainless stell.A friend of mine has told me,that they use SK-5 and AUS-8 steels for the blades

Cool!I'll make some sort of a review when they come.
My buddy has a couple of these knives, but hasn't rally put them in use yet :(
He has only tried the stainless steel one for whittling hard, seasoned eech and said that it's a great performer!
MR.BLADE - i've been thinking about that Grovkniv knife, but since it don't has a scandi grind like the others,I think, that it would not be that good when whittling. What is your oppinion on the GK ?

The GK is for bending, breaching, strike the hammer on, it can take more abuse. The ones you are waiting for are nice cutters, for more finework. But the GK could be reprofiled with a better angle on the edge, and make a decent outdoorsknife.

Thanks for the answer,bro!
Some mates are in Danemark for a week, and they will bring the knives to me :)
Maybe I'll get a GK too,who knows.:)
I have some time to think! :D

I had a GK and the chisel style. I liked them, but they were a little big for my hand.
