don't surprise me rabbits are freakin mean little beasts. I bought two females and a male for my boys to raise. the male chewed through the screen between cages and killed the females.....I guess he did not like that no means no.....lol.....Drew
 
Thats funny. Thats cool to see something like that in nature. Once again don't judge by what someone or something looks like, its whats inside that counts.

Animals can surprise you, I was reading a few days ago about some studies on why squirrels seem to have a high tolerance for snake venom. In several controlled studies where they put rattlesnakes and squirrels in a cage together, they had to stop the study early...to protect the snakes from the squirrels!!!! :D
 
Yeah, THAT's what we need--squirrels with RAT steel. It'd only be a matter of time before the end of the world...

So I've heard. There was actually a thread here on the forum about this, it was then I found out that people eat them, they also posted a few recipes, made me very curious. They are protected animals around here, you can catch a rabbit, but not a squirrel. :grumpy:
