Finished this one the other day, it's heading to New York after the Canadian Knifemakers Guild show this weekend.

Your knives have sure improved over the last year.

That ash burl looks great. Does this knife have a slight trailing point? Sometimes it is hard to tell from the picture.

Keith thanks very much. I definitely feel that my knives have improved over the past year. Going to my first show last year and also to Ed's symposium greatly benefited me in terms of improving my knife making. Lots of sharing of techniques and ideas definitely gave me ways to improve my knives.

The tip does curve up slightly but not enough for me to call it a trailing point. It is still very much below the spine where it starts to curve downward.
