Thinking about it as a gift. Anyone have it? Has anyone used any of the revolvers SOG makes? Just looking for some impressions or opinions. Thanks in advance.

Robbie, what do you know about the Revolver?

gmansrt10, Robbie's the designer. :D

He sent me a really impressive series of pictures showing how the saw cut through wood that frankly looked too thick for the length of the saw. CLEAN cuts.

Esav hello.............:D

It was on my hip for a few hours today in the woods.

I was getting home grown fat wood for my wood stove fire starting today........it was 75 degrees here in Tennessee if you can imagine........

Robbie Roberson.;)

Almost 40 around here ... with a constant on-off drizzle to keep everything damp. This is the snow they keep promising.

Hello Dylside, I am in Maryville.........and very near the smoky mountains national park.

Robbie Roberson.

Ok. So I'm instantly jealous of the distance from SMNP. Great riding up there. I was just curious. I'm from Memphis. I think you definitely picked the better side of the state. hahaha

Hunter/Revolver is a great knife, but too dangerous for me. All that twirly business .... I'd end up cutting myself too many times.

SOG fixed blade knives for a klutz like me !!

Cheers,

Carl

p.s. if things go right, I might be back in Robbie's neck o' the woods .... got me a hot invite to work at Watts Bar nuke plant.

New Pig, you from Tennessee or have lived here? Watts Bar is not so far from me.

The Smokey Mts are heaven on earth. Wonderful place.

I have the Revolver Hunter. I like it if it makes any difference.
