Very nice package I like the tooling on the sheath too, it even makes me think about making a sheath.-Todd

Finally a handle that looks big enough . You just made the favorites list for when I have a custom built.

Very clean and well executed.
I do prefer a tapered tang for this style knife.
Sheath is nice too.

I agree with Mike.
Nice clean lines making it a conservative and beautiful knife.
Can't call that sheath conservative though. But I like it.

That sure came out nice, Paul. The contouring on the handle looks like it would be very comfortable for extended use.

As I recall, that tang had a number of holes to lighten it, didn't it? That should eliminate the need to taper the tang, for balance anyway, personal aesthetic preferences aside.

Keep up the great work!

Cheers!
Mike

Thanks for all of the great feedback, I truly appreciate it!

I also like tapered tangs, but they don't always fit everyone's needs and/or budget. Mike is correct above about tang holes...I do like to drill additional holes in the tang and I also hollow grind it for lightening and balance when not tapering them.

I am the proud to be owner of this little beauty and I am just floored how it turned out!!! Paul you did an awesome job and I can't wait to take delivery and get some good use out of this amazing looking sharp! I actually really like the texture of the sheath, it is very unique.
