Here is a trio of knives that I just finished up for one of my customers.
The dagger is forged from a 1084/15N20 "W" billet. The fittings are high layer count damascus while the handle is preban elephant ivory. The blade is 6 1/2" long while the overall length is 11".
The top hunter is forged from 1084/15N20 Damascus with a nickel silver guard and stag handle. The blade is 4" and the aol is 8".
The bottom hunter is forged from W2 with a nickel silver guard and stag handle, The blade is 3 1/2" and the aol is 7 3/4".

Craig,
Awesome trio.
That dagger is the pick of the litter for me, though.

Doug :)

Awesome Craig, You outdone my expectations...can't wait to pick 'em up. I'll be calling soon.

Nicely done. The damascus hunter does it for me but they are all great.

Great trio. The dagger has my vote, although I would have preffered a bit longer blade because of the width of the guard.

I would be happy with either one of the hunters. Both would be really special. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for the comments.
I need to make a few more hunters than I presently do. Most of the knives that I have made this year have been bowies. Don't get me wrong, the Bowie is still my favorite knife to make but it was fun working on the hunters for a change.
The dagger was a stress inducing piece but I was happy with it when I finally finished it and stopped sweating over it.

Nice work, Craig!!

I know what you mean about Bowies...that's all I'd do if I could, but we must pay the bills, right. I sell 10:1 hunters to Bowies.

I look forward to seeing more of your work at the PKA show next weekend in Denver.

Cheers,
Moon
