Hunting cutlass - Hirschfänger

Today I finally finished this long term project, a traditional hunting cutlass.

The ideas was to make a traditional hunting cutlass like the german Hirschfänger in roccoco, but with some changes to make it more versatil for example to clear branches.

23cm blade from 6mm 1.2510, 4,5cm wide
blued iron guard, pommel and ferrule
Buffalo and Sambar
