Im looking for a tactical/hunting vest made out of denier, isnt black and one which offers at least one decent shoulder ramp for rifle use. Thing is there is soo much crap out there for the airsofties I'd have to sift through about 100 pages of factory seconds junk shipped out of Hong Kong (no offence meant, we all know the good stuff doesnt get mass exported) so advice I seek, hopefully you guys can give me an idea of what sort of price range i'll be fishing with as well.

I have several "tactical" vests (HSGI, TT, Esstac, SOTech, Eagle, USGI, etc), but for outdoors hunting and fishing, I really like the RIBZ. The standard model is Black, but you can get hunter's orange and camo. I much prefer this for the items you've mentioned.

If you want to go more tactical, I highly recommend the Tactical Tailor 2-piece harness. It wears well under a pack and the split front allows you to use it like a vest. The big bonus is that you can add the pouches you want and there are a gazillion, however Maxpedition makes decent pouches for admin stuff outside of magazines.

I like the RIBZ as well. As soon as I can find a good deal on one used, I plan on making a GHB/Survival vest out of one. $50 isn't a bad price for what it is (so long as the quality is good), but I like to spread my gear budget as far as I can and it really isn't a high priority for me right now. The problem with the RIBZ is that you can fill it with gear really fast. I personally like as little gear around my already-too-large midsection as possible when shooting in the prone is a possibility.

I might recommend taking a look at a standard 2" USGI pistol belt with a few pouches on it? Just a though. Otherwords, $50-$75 can get you a quality tactical vest/chest rig. For around $50 you can get a USGI MOLLE II vest (replaced the LBE/LBV) with a full set of pouches (canteen pouches, 40MM grenade pouch, frag pouches, flashbang pouches, etc.)

I'm taking all this advice in guys, I appreciate your time and your input as always. The RIBZ set up were being advertised I think by Nuntfancy a while ago, It seems good but pretty spartan to my eyes lacking any padding on the webbing over the shoulders - maybe a custom job in the wing.

Well, Tactical/LBE and hunting vests are very different.
Seems like you need more of a hunting vest to me, and the best advice I can give you on that, is to go in to your local sporting goods stores, and try some out.
"Tactical" or LBE's are a completely different rig which most of the time don't offer padding on the shoulder. The reason behind this, is mostly based on the way a combat rifle is shouldered more towards the center of the body, and also the fact that it doesn't "kick" as much as the large hunting cartridge.
Some of the cheap/airsoft vests do have a padding on them, but in real life application you'll see how soldiers and LEO's tend to go towards the chest rig platform with simple unbulky straps instead.
Thats just MY take on the subject, however I suggest you go with something that fits you well, and is comfortable. There's no reason to drop too much coin on a heavy duty rig if your just hauling 5lbs or so of gear.

PS - You might want to look in to a good pack as well. For hunting I use a Maxpedition Monsoon, and have a very nice rubber pad on my rifle.
