Husqvarna axe id question.

Said with respect. If it is important enough to you, you might take some pictures and email them to H.B. for verification. From what I can remember....Husky switched over to H.B. a few years ago, maybe about 5 years ago ? If anyone has better\more accurate info, please jump in.
 
Yes. I believe they had changes to them with the change of manufactures. They do not look exactly alike.
