Hi!
I just finished these two and they are on the way to the land of cheese Switzerland. They turn out pretty good so I took some pictures.
Gyuto has 36 cm (14.2 inch) blade
Hybrid Nakiri has 16.5 cm (6.5 inch) and it is really tall, around 7 cm (2.8 inch).
