Hey Hogs
Quick question here (yes, I know I could call the shop and get it answered, ) but I don' wann but am, plus with time difference and weird work hours I never get to it in time. So maybe one of you have done this before.
So, for example, if one payed for a blade let' sayh a Dagger at the time of purchase, with CC, but now other blades get dinged (say Hog B8) can said person get like an in-tore credit from Busse and put it towards B8 instead of a Dagger ? Since Dagger is still so far away ?
Hope it' not too confusing.

They have always been very helpful and flexible for me any time I've called. I'm sure they'll work it out!
 
Same for me here, shop has always been very gracious and helpful. But you’ll need to contact them.

I noticed that this last credit given was specifically for that knife. So it would not transfer. If there was no mention of where the credit is applied to it is just a general credit for anything. But asking the company directly is the best option.
 
There' no Busse credit involved, I payed with credit card. But root of my question was would they have to refund it to a card ? Or just turn it in to Busse shop credit and apply it to another blade ?

To make things easier... He pre-paid for the dagger, and wants to un-prepay for it and instead pay for it later on when they start to ding.
 
But they don’t charge you at time of purchase only when it’s shipping I thought.
That is the standard practice. However, I believe if you contact them and request to pay up front they will go ahead and do it...I think.

I did pre pay, but i wonder if instead of refunding to credit card, if they can just apply it to the next Ding ?
