I got this in the mail, from a good friend of mine, that is studying to be a great bladesmith. I think he'll wind being one of the best. Reground blade, convex edge, and uncoated titanium.

The lighter blade is faster with the AO, so, I was able to tighten it up, to make it match the opening speed of my 303. Love this knife, and just wanted to share it with ya'll.

The reground blade, really takes on a whole new life, for the platform. I been carrying my 303 everyday since I got it, a month ago now, and I really like the feel, but with the new blade profile, its a much more aggressive cutter, with a great blade position.

He done well, and like I said, I think he'll be one of the greats.

That looks awesome. If you squint, the blade looks similar to the shape of a 550/551, especially the edge shape.

Yeah, he's got a few Hinderer's too, Ray, so, I saw that influence as well. I like it. Alot.

I thought you meant a simple regrind:eek: didn't expect a totally different blade shape, although I admit it looks amazing.

Nice job. Don't know if I'd have tightened it up tho'. Really like the fast AOs with a nice thwack.

Amazing work! That makes the familiar 300 series look like a totally new and different knife, thanks for the pics.

It was fine to start, but I still cringe when I hear that <SNAP>. Kinda like letting the slide fall on an empty chamber *shudders*. :D

I would like to thank you all for the kind words, he is truly a great grinder.

And, its mine, all mine. None of ya'll can have it!!! BACK!! BACK I SAY!!! :D

Very nice work and it looks fantastic!

I think you'll have to get a stick to keep people away from this one. And while you are busy fending them off.......
