with my newly arrived CG SJTAC in snakeskin scales, which I purchased from a fine gentleman here on the forums. This, to me, is a perfect knife (at least for now). I know there are a lot of chubby chasers around here but I like ‘em thin. At .18 with almost a full flat grind, I’m in heaven. I love the graceful slope and curve of the spine, the soft gentle curve of the belly, I just adore the whole design of the blade. It’s surprisingly lightweight for its length, I could even imagine using this as my primary kitchen knife to make dinner, but with a little work on the edge, I can also imagine her being an excellent medium duty chopper. She is without a doubt my new EHC (every hike carry) and what a perfect sized camp knife.

And the best part, she’s naked. The PO did a nice job stripping and polishing her. Sure there are plenty of adorable INFI dimples mostly on the ricasso and a few blemishes on the blade, she’s still so beautiful I’m not inclined to give her a face lift, also because she ain’t gonna be lazing around very much.

theonew, that pattern of snakeskin (found on the SJTACs and the BATACs) is my favorite. Congrats on finding a great all-around blade. Get us a review when you've used it a bit.
