I almost made myself buy that when Yangdu posted it :D It looks like a very useful knife. Welcome to the HI forum.

thanks for the welcome, real dandy of a kukri, been off forum for a while, been pretty sick, multiple nodules in my lungs, cancer scare, per doctors, freaked me and my wife out ,tons of lung tests, now looks like a needle in my lung for biopsy, they stopped growing, doctor says he doesn"t think their cancer nodules now,?i am 40 percent down on lung power for some reason.have a son with pddnos autism too, precious boy,,my wifeand daughter, has had her hands full.great women.i sold all my khhi kukri to pay med, bills last summer,so when my wife told me i could buy a knife, miss yangdu found this for me,thank you.

What a heartwarming story of a family pulling together in difficult times. I am glad you are most likely cancer free. Lost my mom to cancer but you are in my Kukri family now. Welcome. I have a HI knife like yours and the handle is soooo comfortable .

sorry about your mom, sweet costarica, and thanks.and i agrre about the handle being comfortable, never had a full tang kukri with pins in the handle, always tang was hidden.just a cool knife, take care.

I bought that knife when it went up and when I got it, it was a great looking knife. I cleaned it up and polished it a little bit. Only thing that was wrong with it for me is that the handle was too small for my big hand so I had to send it back to Auntie. I'm glad someone else got it and can appreciate it!

And hope your health returns back to normal. Never like seeing any sick, much less with the lungs. :(
