I am a Swedish guy who started making knives. On this forum I have see a lot of folders. Actually we Swedish hunters considder them as pencil sharpeners, but my opinion might change. You guys seem to spend time comparing and bargin about them. We are traditionaly into fixed blades. Check my three knives out on the Knife Community/European Knife Community in theis forum. They are nice to look at but mostly they do their work in the forest where the hunting is done. Tell me what you think about them.

Regards,

P

Gus and Blues - feel free to move this where ever you think is best, it doesn't belong in What's News. Thanks.

We'll keep an eye on it, thanks, Dex.

I think we can cut him a bit of slack.

He hasn't attempted to use this forum commercially and English is obviously his second language.

Those who are interested in checking out the knives know where to go.

Look, I am new at this site and this is a custom knife forum... I am a custom knife maker. All parts of my knifes are hand made and I thought it makes them custum knifes. I thought that this would be a forum to make my new and passionate hobby known. However if I offended the moderator and all of you other guys on line... that was not my intention. I just wanted to prowoke some interesting discussions regarding the issue of folders versus fixed blades. I'll keep out of this specific forum and stay where my presence is more appreciated.

Best regards,

Hejdå (Swedish for goodbye)

Ooops!! I think I started a new thread instead of a reply!!??!
Could the moderator remove my thread called "Goodbye" please!

...so I am a beginner...

P,

See my reply in the other thread.

Actually, I had welcomed you to the forum in this thread, but apparently I edited it out when I added a remark to Dexter. My mistake.

In any case, I hope you'll reconsider. (And welcome to the forum.)

If not, good luck in any case.

tom mayo is a great knife maker, but i think that he is still bitter about his posts being moved, so you are in good company, all the best knife makers get their posts moved.

I'm not bitter. I just started some threads whith out proper intel info. I should know that, from my service days when I was into that stuff. I guess I was just so eager to get the suff I made, and proud of to more peoples knowledge. However I'm nowadays friends with some really good members and moderators that are helping me out.
