I have procrastinated about thinking about sorting through this box of 110's, that I mention every now and again.

Well, a few days or so back, there was some discussion going on here about a sheath, so I had dumped them all out in the floor and did find a sheath like the one being talked about.

So I have been trying to get my little man cave cleaned up some, and started putting that pile of knives back in the box.

When I came to some of the 112's. I discovered that two of them are the first two versions. In sad shape tho.

So thought I would share a few pics of my morning knife fun.

Guess we know why you're called Pack Rat!!!

That's an impressive gathering of wood, steel, brass and leather!!

:)

Oh me,,,,,:eek::eek::eek:

I just opened a new looking sheath and it has a NEW 112 in it.

CAT1 Version 1 according to Joes 112 fact sheet.

Jeeze,,,I should have been paying more attention to these few 112's

Maybe I will polish this one up before I post a pic of it.

This is like a treasure hunt.

No, put a before and after picture of the 112. That would be more fun to see.

That bottom, or left, 112 looks like a little spa treatment would bring it back like new.

Cool news on the NIS 112:thumbup:

I am sure we now would all like to have individual pictures and descriptions of the treasure trove of knives on the floor.:D:thumbup:

I can identify with that Larry. I worked on this pile of 110's a couple of weeks ago while watching the playoffs.

Of the 2 early 112's the one with the brass spacer is the '1'st version..

And I polished it up a little here. Didn't get to do it as good as I like, but time got me. This micatra is hard to photograph. I need to work on that. Need sunshine..

I just found paper where I bought this one way back in 2006. It should have been stored in the big toy box instead of getting mixed up in this pile. I was shocked that I paid as much for it as I did..ugh....

I actually "rediscovered" this 112 when I was looking at my pile pic. Thought to myself, what the dickens is that one right in the center that has paper wrapped around it...

I had totally forgot I had it, but even if I had remembered, without Joe's data sheet, I would still be clueless, as I have paid little attention to the 112.
