I am amazed and almost speechless

The other day I ordered some items from CRK including 2 T-shirts. I mentioned this in another thread. I had made a mistake as I had wanted a White and a Navy colour but had ordered 2 white.

I mentioned this in a reply email and today in the mail a Navy T-shirt arrived. This was sent all the way to Australia at no cost to me for My mistake. I am amazed and almost speechless that the company would do this and send it half way round the world.
No wonder there are so many good comments about the customer service from CRK.

Also, I had just ordered another 3 T-shirts in navy to give as gifts. I think they are good quality.
 
That's awesome! And thank you for sharing your story. I do have a question in regard to their customer service and their refinishing. I was wondering if any of y'all know, if you have a sebenza with say a glorious finish on it with a flag, and it gets all scratched up and you send it in. Will they refinish the flag and everything, or no?
