I am certain I need one of the remaining ROWEN made HEST knives. Can anyone point me to someone good to do business with and has the lowest prices. Also hopefully they have one of these in stock. I will be ordering this tomorrow 2/2/2011

Have you checked the buy/sell/trade section of the forums? There may be some for sail by individuals. Also TKC and Knives Ship Free are both good dealers with good prices. It is up to you to check their stocks.

knifeworks still has them in stock im pretty sure..picked one up there a few weeks ago..good people and fast shipping.
 
Chestnut Ridge posted a thread in the For Sale Dealer area a couple of days ago saying they got the last 20 in stock of the original ESEE Hests. Check them out as well. I don't know how they compare in price, so shop around for what is remaining. There can't be that many of them left in dealer hands now.

That's where I ordered mine from yesterday, was notified it shipped today, I will have tomorrow.

His service is top notch.
 
Check with other forums as well if your a member. Most have Gear for sale. I just got another HEST used, but LNIB for 80 bucks shipped. Just gotta keep checking them often!

I spend way too much time checking forums daily and it's costing me way too much money.

I've seen like new or nib HEST's go for $80 on forums before. But I've been playing with my new 3 that I got today and had the itch to get me a HEST right now. So for $20 more bucks I figured what the heck.

That's funny coming from a cheap skate like me. I'm the guy always trying to talk people down on their prices.
