I have wanted a fully serrated Military for some time now, and a few days ago I got one in a trade. After hearing all of the great things about it, some consider it one of the best production knives, I can't wait until it arrives!:)

Congrats on your new Spydie, K man!!

Out of all my Spydies, that I've collected so far, my Military PE sees more pocket time than any of the others. This Spydie is one heck of a workhorse of a knife, that you won't want to ever be without. :D  :D

I conned a friend into getting a Military(he likes mine, and asked what to get himself). And the newer ones are dang spiffy. Mine is one of the first, had it for years. Still locks up tight, and it lives in my pocket. I shucked corn for about 3 hours the other day, the Military was the only blade that withstood the punishment without having to tidy up the edge. Ya gotta keep in minf that corn in husk, has lotsa grime and dirt on it, and will dull a cheapo blade pretty quick, but the CPM400V just kept going, and going. Also the ergonomics of the Millie helped too. I have a bum thumb right now(too much free-hand shooting with a heavy rifle), so I lent it to my cousin, and he outstripped eveyone with the Millie, and I had a dang hard time gettin it back from him. Great knife, it loves to be abused.

You did not con him into nothing!. U con someone into getting bad knives. You convince and encouraged your friend, led him down the right path in getting a military

It arrived yesterday, what a great knife! My serrated Spydies suffer the most abuse of my folders, so this knife is in for a ride. It is so well built, I belive that it can take even the toughest cutting chores with ease! It has the best liner lock I have ever seen. No play, no liner sticking with a hard flick. Great design!

Dang-it!...Reading all the praise for the Military makes me want to put-up my 2 REKATs as trade for a Mili, again...:D.

(...Edided 'cause I kant' spel verry goode...:D.).

Hey glockman99 - The Millie doesn't have the satisfying barbell weight of the Chinook, and its not as intimidating, but for pure cutting performance and the ability to be clip carried just about anywhere on your person, it is just about unmatched by an knife I have used.

I have bought and sold a few of them, and it finally landed in my "keeper" category.
