I just found out today that I am going to be a Father,This will be my first child.I had to tell someone,I spend so much time on the forums. I feel as I know everyone here and we have never met before.I will be at the blade show next year.Looks like I am in for a
busy and happy year.I better start making some knives.I feel truly blessed :D :D :D :D

My wife has had some problems getting pregnant,So this is truly a blessing,I will be a proud father:) :)

Savor every minute of it all.
I was there at the conception of both of my boys, and I was there in the room when both boys were delivered.
Now they are 23 and 18 years old respectively,off at college, and all that time went by so fast it seems like a blur.
Now my wife and I are "empty nesters" and instead of spending time with my kids, I fool around in my knife shop. Gotta have something to do;)

Congratulations!! I know your probably very nervous man. But I will tell ya first hand. I was scared SH-TLESS. And now my little buddy is 5 months old and he fills my heart with joy on a daily basis. Just watching them learn everything from rolling over to walking and talking is a miracle. There are more good times than hassles. So enjoy every minute of it
 
I am not nervous,but then again she is only 3 weeks along
I bet when the time comes,I will feel a little nervous
I would like to have a daughter but I don't care as long as it is healthy.I was in the knife shop putting the final strop on a knife
when my wife came in from work and told me
I have 5 prototypes I have been working on for some time.I had to set back and think about the designs.I will be posting some good pix in the very near furture of my line of knives
I have designed;)
John I would enjoy it if down the road my son or daughter
would like to watch me work or give it a try.that would be cool
First step is to raise them right.:) Give them good morals and watch them grow.

Way to go Nathan! Give our regards to the Mrs too, and take good care of her as I know you will. Your life is about to change more than you can imagine, but you'll be glad it has. Very cool. Now be very sure to pay close attention to safety in your shop too! That baby needs all of you! :eek: :D

Ya got to watch my fingers,I would hate to grind one of them off.
Mark,I have been working hard on some knives that is going to be my line up.they are in the prototype stage right now.I will be getting
some good pictures very soon.I hope everyone likes them.it is almost web page time

Congratulations! It seems like only yesterday, now I have a 21 and an 18 year old. Used to have a cute little doggy just like yours also. Have fun with all!!!
 
Congrats Nathan! Tess and I are about to have our first (in about a week or two now that I think about). Do you know whether it's going to be a scrimshandeer or engraver?:D
