I am looking for a specific knife

Ok...I am looking to buy a SAK for a friend. If I can find one that fits the bill, I may buy one for myself as well. Here are the requirements:

1. Must be the same size as a Farmer/Climber/Cadet/Tinker etc.
2. Must have scissors.
3. Must have large main blade.
4. Must have awl.
5. Must have saw blade.
6. A screwdriver is probably inescapable.
7. Must NOT be ridiculously huge like the Champ.

I would like to avoid any of the unecessary implements that Vic has come up with. No corkscrews. No extra blades. No useless equipment hook.

Any ideas?

That was quick. Now to figure out which one would be more useful. Unfortunately, I have moved out of my "hoarding" phase and have started to whittle down my collection or I would buy all three.

Huntsman is good. There is a deal on amazon which gives you huntsman II and victorinox flashlight for 29 bucks after shipping and tax. I know b/c i just got it!

You can give the knife to friend and keep the flash light!
