I am not complaining.

I bought a 710 D2 a while back, got it home and realized the blade was off center when closed. E-mailed BM, sent them the knife, received it back today. What a beautiful job they did and I am convinced that the 710 is THE knife everyone should own. This is a work of art in the form steel/scales and function. Thank you Benchmade for the prompt and beautiful work. Yes, I would have chosen to have it right from the factory but this is the only problem I have ever had in over 20 years of buying BM knives and I can easily accept that ratio. I have owned and operated a residential plumbing business for over 30 years and in the business with my father before that and I can honestly say that I do not have this kind of statistic for my work. Thanks again BM for standing behind your product, not giving me the runaround and correcting it in spades.
Be safe all, Frank

That's cool. I too have been using BM's for many years. My first was a 705 right after they came out.
Since then there have been quite a few various models, and I have yet to send one in for repair. They only time I sent one in, was to get a blade changed from a CE, to plain edge...
The only knife I have ever got with a blade that wasn't perfectly centered is an M4 Mini Grip.

another satisfied customer, nice job BM

personally, I prefer the griptillian over the 710, fits my hand much better
