I made a rather inflammatory "joke" in a sub-forum that will remain nameless. For this I am sorry and it will never happen again .

Here's some advice, take it or leave it.

You made an insensitive joke and got your hands smacked. You made an apology and should move on. Do you think arguing with cray will help your apology come across as sincere? Take my words or leave em. Most leave em, I won't be surprised.
 
What flys in the motorpool with a group of guys who are also insensitive isn't well regarded out in the real world.

There are always lines to cross and you found one (documented in the FAQ). You owned up to it and apologized. Some will accept it and others will not but don't worry about it. There isn't anything to be gained arguing with those who don't accept it as you're not going to change their minds. I recommend just leaving this thread alone and continue enjoying the site.

Way to back up that crap apology with the inability to understand why someone would be so directly offended with your "jews burning in ovens" joke. Think about it for just a minute. You're not sorry.
