.......AND I GOT IT!!

For the horrible customer service past I've had w/ Cold Steel in the past. I'm happy to say that they actually came through this time. Even though they have NOT come through at least 2 dozen times, they came through today.

Lol. That's hilarious.
I was actually SUPER Surprised. I didn't expect them to actually do anything Themselves...I was expecting them to offshore their Customer Service too....like they did with their manufacturing. (Joke, Please do not start a Flame war, Complete Sarcasm!)

But Kudos to CS though. Quite a Bit of us have issues with their Customer Service, but We should remember to Give a Compliment where a compliment is due.....
 
This is Hilarious. So I go to put on the Replacement blade on my Cold Steel Ti-Lite #26ACST...and it DOESN'T FIT!! HAHAHAHA!!

Oh man. Cold Steel sent me the WRONG Replacement Part. So as it stands They did send me a Replacement Part just not the Right one. What the hell? Okay. I guess I'm 0 & 24 attempts at getting a part from CS...well maybe, .5 & 24 attempts. Good just Cold Steel. YOU ALMOST got it right. lol. :confused:

Pretty much thats how I feel! Really Aggravating. Cold Steel makes some great knives, I wish Andrew Demko would Design their Clips, or Maybe do some of their Customer Service. :confused:

I saw this...as I have two 2017 Cold Steel's in Transit at the moment. FML.
