That's right guys, I lost my virginity... so to speak.
As much as it shames me to say... my Beckers have been hiding safely away from any true adventure in my bedroom. Today I decided I was going to put them to use and stop playing around with all the bottle and paper cut tests. I got out and did some real work.

Here is the before pick (and to be honest I even had a little kick of adrenaline right before I stabbed them into the stump):

had a smoke and raided the fridge, but give me time I will get there.

I didn't have any experience with the previous coating but compared to every other knife I have owned, it is odd how it grabs everything, smooths out and then starts to recede. gets much easier after the first few times batoning.
