I have officially gone over the 200 dollar mark on a knife and I blame all of you for helping my appreciation of good knives grow. Here is my initial (but not last) purchase of a ZT

You need only blame yourself...for resisting. Don't run from it...embrace it. :)

Really nice knife BTW. I'm partial to Sinkevich designed ZTs and this one is no exception. Enjoy it.

Come cry to me when you cross the 2000 threshold!!😂😩😳😳😳😋😋😋

You are a babe in arms, but you will be well cared for.
That really is a gorgeous ZT... Congrats:thumbup:

Nice looking knife. I used to say I'd never own a $400 knife. Used to anyway.

First step in admitting you have a problem is taking accountability for your own actions. As Morrow stated, embrace it.

I'm with you Tim. I thought ZT was expensive. Just crossed over the 1k barrier. I blame you guys as well!

Hell I got the same ZT just to open the box when my van Heerden and RJ Martin arrived!! Never Say Never!!!

Viper, I just can't hang with the big dogs... I had my RJ about 4-5 yrs ago when it was $450. I'm still at about the same price level with mid-techs; no longer spend 700+ for a XM-18 or custom folder...Glad it's over... my nerves are old and frazzled.
But it was fun... :)

$450 is the most I've ever spent. Brian Tighe Tighe Rod mini. Sold it, ended up being too small . Almost went $900 on an Alan Davis of my own design, then I got married. One year later, I'm happily awaiting for the county to finish processing my divorce. I only have 7 folders now, most expensive was $300, a Three Sisters Forge Beast. My least expensive folder is a (packed somewhere in a box from the move) Spyderco Dragonfly 2 ZDP-189. I've had a Sebenza, Strider SnG, and a host of other production and mid-tech's.

It took me a long time to figure out what I like and don't like in a folder. Because of this, some people end up with large collections, others with small like me. I just can't own a knife I won't use.

Anyhow,

Congrats on the new knife. I love the blade shape, but boy is it a tank. Enjoy!

Well while I was there I placed an order for three other ZTs. The 804cf, 801bw, and the 562cf. Now I just have to sell a whole bunch of stuff to pay for them when they come in!

Oh baby!!! I have the 562CF and I can tell you it is a winner!! You're gonna love that one......and the others.........and the next ones......

I asked him to give me a price on the 804cf and when he told me the price it was so good that I had to order some others too.

We are always available for a very reasonable consulting fee to help you spend your money. Only one ZT...slacker.
