I had been thinking about a Damascus-bladed Peanut off and on for a while now and, when I found one with halfway decent (well, by Case's standards at least...) stag, I went for it. Thanks for pushing me over the edge guys, thanks a lot.:grumpy:

That's a nice one. I like the stag on yours. Not too much or too little. I'd want to be seen with it! And somehow, I don't think Carl is going to lose ant sleep over being a bad influence on you!:D

I have to wonder if there's something about the damascus peanuts that make you stop lusting for other knives. It was the damascus 'nut that made me realize that I'd finally found "my" knife. For the last three and a half months now, I haven't had the slightest urge to carry another knife. The damascus 'nut Jamie gifted me has become 'my precious!' Makes me wonder just what Mr. Thomas is forging into those blades.

I haven't started eating raw fish yet.:D

Hearing that you don't have a stag damascus nut...well, my life just flashed in front of me! :confused: Seriously though, if you get one, I don't think it will be relegated to the "knife sock" because your current carry is your "precious". Just sayin' another nut won't (can't) be a bad thing!
