Well, there I was profiling out some 1/4 inch steel with a 36 grit belt. I already cracked two blades last night, so this one needed to get done. Anywho --- my mind wondered off to the thread sean started and . . .OUCHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

My hand slipped and hit the belt full full force with my closed fist knuckle. Made quite a hole.

Well, time to eat some cookies and get back to grinding -- thank god for liquid bandaid.

I still haven't made it back into the shop. Not because of my "incident" but, I am just lazy. Maybe this Sunday if I don't end up watching the game.

Well, I guess i did go into the shop tonight with my 6 year old daughter, she wanted to see what caused my ouwee. The good news is she wants to make jewelry when she gets older. How old do they need to be before thay can run the forge? Maybe I can get her to me my Mokume Elf.
