So you are a cutter? Never could understand why that would help. But I guess if you was going to do it a knife would be more effective than some of the stuff a lot of girls that cut use. Maybe you should seek some sort of mental help? The few times I cut myself were unpleasant enough, can't imagine doing it on purpose.
