I broke down

I have owned a number of Mnandis over the past few years, but ended up selling them off when I purged my collection a couple years ago. I'm slowly building up the collection again, but have generally purchased knives that are different from the ones I had (need to try new things, right?). However, I found that I just couldn't resist getting as least one Mnandi to add to my EDC rotation, so I pulled the trigger on a Cocobolo Mnandi. I've learned my lesson - I'm not selling this one! Can't wait until it gets here.

OK, here you go (retailer's pics of course).

Yes, I was the one with the scrimmed zebra Mnandi. I've been thinking of doing another "concept piece" like that using another CRK knife. I really enjoyed coming up with the concept and then seeing it executed. You know, while I miss that Mnandi just like the others, I don't really miss it more (I thought I would). I actually like that my thoughts and ideas are in someone else's hands for them to enjoy. Go figure, huh?
