I have had this for years now, and never really use it for anything except for costume. It is sharp. I suppose I could throw it, but I would want to put it on another handle before I tried that (there is a slight wiggle on this handle, but I am worried if I take it off to fix it, I won't be able to get it to look right.

However, I think that close hack n' slash combat with Zombies is futile.
You will be splattering blood and body fluid all about.We have to assume that Zombieism is airborne.


I still contend that a ruger 10/22 is the Best Zombie weapon on the planet.
Those that swear by shotguns will fire 8 shots, then be eaten.

Oh, I have other reach out and touch them options. including the 10/22 of course.

In my pleasant Zombie dream, they are slow, and you have to be bitten.

The axe's and swords would only be for back up of course.


I actually have a longer handled ax with a blade and hammer poll, but unfortunately that pic is not ready yet.
